Hi there, I'm Misty!
Let's just jump right into it. At the age of 31 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Multiple Sclerosis (MS). At that time I was in and out of all the commercial gyms. The one thing my doctor told me “If you stay active, stay strong! This will keep you walking.”
Now then, let's fast forward a few years down the road. I had done some research and inquired about CrossFit many times and just thought it wasn’t for me. A few years went by and I was invited to “Buddy Week” at Tally Ho Fitness by a co-worker. It was then I fell in love with the sport of CrossFit. I could not have found a better place to start this journey. After 2 years I decided I wanted to get my L1 Certification, soon after earning my Gymnastics Trainer Certification. I have competed in several competitions and 2 opens, and wanted to bring the training, skills, the family of fitness to the community closer to me in Addison, Alabama.
I know the best is yet to come!
